Last seen: Jim has dementia and was last seen on Monday, September 18 between 6:30-7:00pm in the 3600 block of 22nd Ave SW in West Seattle (Pigeon Point neighborhood)

Wearing: Bright blue jacket, jeans, blue or black shoes, glasses, hearing aid (has run out of battery).
Physical Characteristics: Tall, Slouching posture, Grey Hair, Glasses, leans to the left from a spine injury and has balance problems.
Jim is shy and would be hesitant to ask for help.
He has his wallet with ID and an Orca card but no cash or credit cards. Thus far there is no record of him using the Orca card since his disappearance on September 18. Please see FAQ for more info.
